February is Heart Health Month – what better time to talk about foods that can help reduce your risk of and even reverse heart disease. When people hear the words “heart disease”, the first thing that comes to mind is high cholesterol. Abnormal lipid levels are just one thing that can damage your heart and increase your risk of heart attack, heart failure, and stroke.
